Each time you earn Tampa Bay Tokens from new sales, much like accepting credit cards for sales, we earn a 4% transaction fee, a percentage of which goes to help children and families in Tampa Bay.

Unlike paying cash fees to accept credit card payments, the transaction fee is paid in Tampa Bay Tokens instead of cash, which is automatically deducted from your account balance in real time at the time of each sale.

If you select the Concierge Service account there is a monthly service fee of $15 per month in cash and in Tampa Bay Tokens as well as a 5% cash transaction fee each time you complete a purchase or sale.

Cash monthly and transaction fees on Concierge member accounts are automatically charged to your credit card or checking account the beginning of each month.
